Interlude: Well, that didn't take long

boscoe pierzynski has somehow figured out how to shimmy off his elbow pads while we're not home. he met me at the back door this evening with the two elbow pads hanging down off his back like stirrups on a horse. they were still securely velcro-ed closed. i would like to see how he did that.
* * * UPDATE * * *
ahem. my confession: i realized as i was strapping him in this morning that yesterday i, um, had the contraption on, um backwards.
no wonder he couldn't bend his elbows. no wonder he acted all pathetic about not being able to jump up on the couch. no wonder he slid out of it.
[sigh] it's tough having a dog who is smarter than me.

The look on that face is perfect.
goddamn border collie.
waaaay too smart.
It was only a matter of time.
I'm reading the serial, but I'm not saying anything. After all, what is there to say?
Oh, and just a thought, if your guys wrestle and play with heach other, there's a good chance that the Riley helped with getting them off.
hey, willow, i realize that i'm inflicting a long serial about a dying dog on you all, which can't be too fun for you. but i think there's redemption in this story. i hope there is, anyway. and i need to write it down because i don't want to forget it.
thanks for sticking with me. if you do.
re riley: could be. but boscoe was acting like the velcro was too tight this morning, so i loosened it. i think he was planning ahead--he needed it loose so he could slip out of it. crafty border collie that he is.
Hehehe good on him ;-)
I would definitely like to watch him do that. Makes you want a camera that can follow him around all day, doesn't it?
maybe riley could learn how to be a videographer.
re. your update...Bad Mom!!!
bad mom, stupid mom, it all amounts to the same thing.
