kaycie, it was quite warm yesterday--in the 70s. and the rain was like this off and on all day. heavily drumming down, followed by drizzle and mist, followed by monsoon. it was fun.
pam: yep, we need it for sure.
flowerpot: me too. the smell is the best. it just smells so fresh.
coffee: that IS the best, i agree. but poor riley would not agree.
You learn to love the rain less when it rarely gets above 65, rains on you most days of the year, and you also happen to work outside. But I'd still have to agree that warm rain on the head is a nice feeling :)

I love nice, gentle rain, especially when it's warm outside. It makes everything feel clean and smell so wonderful.
Thank you for the CD, Laurie. I got it in today's mail. I can't wait to listen to it!
I'd like it better if my basement weren't damp in one corner all day.
Seriously though, it's beautiful, and the grass and plants and trees are slurping it up.
We haven't got rain here - yet! But I love the smell when the earth's parched and it starts raining - sweet and damp.
Now all you need is some thunder and lightening to go with it.

Yes i love the rain when warm. And the smell mmmmm
It came down buckets here yesterday, for hours. And it was fabulous. Thunder, lightning, wind, the whole shebang.
I loved it.
I love it when I'm inside looking out at it from my nice, warm spot on the sofa. I don't love it when I get caught up in it outside...
Is that one of the dogs at the end?
