a completely non-dog interlude: i am blind!

picked up my new glasses yesterday.

a) i can't see a thing. far distance is great--clearer than ever--but suddenly i can no longer read. (i realize my eyes will adjust.)

b) never choose new frames alone when you are as blind as i am. these new frames don't look anything like i thought they did when i was squinting at them during my blurry shopping expedition two weeks ago. let's just say they aren't doing my face any favors.
