Mixed results

i never meant to just give you moment-by-moment health reports on boscoe, but i can't leave you all hanging now, can i?

mixed results yesterday. he's hungry. he's friskier. on the other hand, he left two messes in the kitchen while we were at work. one of them, unfortunately, had blood in it. (i will bring that in to the vet today for analysis, oh happy task.)

he got me up three times overnight, the last time at 1:30. after that, we all slept soundly. he's clearly getting better. it just seems like it's going to take a while.

he went into play bow this morning with doug in the yard. (doug talked him out of it.) we're now about to head out on a slow stroll. i think he's going to be fine. next time i post; NEW TOPIC.

update: more blood this morning. the vet wants to do an abdominal xray. so off we go...

other updte.... no xrays. the doctor thinks it's just some nastiness that's working its way through his system. he gave us antibiotics and said to start transitioning boscoe back onto his normal food. boscoe was thrilled to get 1/3 cup of kibble after we got home.

BOSCOE SLEPT THROUGH THE NIGHT. FIRST TIME IN A WEEK. WE ALL FEEL BETTER.
