Ack! Bloglines, I hardly knew ye

I just found out that Bloglines--where I keep the links to all of your great blogs out there in blogworld, more than 100 that I try to keep up with--is shutting down on Oct. 1.

Now, I realize I've been pretty bad about reading blogs these last few weeks, but this news has stunned me. I need to come up with a new system, fast.

I guess I could just bookmark all your blogs, like I did back in the day. That works, except that I have to call up a blog to find out whether or not it's been updated. It's a little more time-consuming. The upside is that I actually call up the blog (giving you the hit, allowing me to comment), rather than just a read-only image of it, as in Bloglines.

What do you all use? Google reader, or something Google-related? How does it work? What's the best way to do this? I do not want to lose all of you!
