Even Tyke has an accident now and then and he is three years old. Don't despair. It's not the worst thing that can happen.

Patience...
I've always heard that it's harder to train little girls to not pee in the house. May be a myth. Little boys, when they get to be big boys, can decide to start hiking their legs on everything that's upright--especially if other male dogs in the family.
BTW, Rosie asked me to mention that she has other more flattering pics--although this one does say "dagnabit"!
Drank too much water?
Also remember, she IS a puppy. Kids may be potty trained at an early age, but they still have accidents.
